Having lived in the Army as a child, and then as a wife, I have spent many wonderful years, travelling around the country, to places both beautiful and challenging! I can never forget the thrill of seeing my name in print for the first time, a thrill that has only intensified over the years. Writing is an endless journey that I revel in, with all its winding twists and turns! Never a dull moment, never time to regret… life is truly worth living!”

Over the years she spent teaching, in the Army Schools, the KVs and convents in places as varied as Srinagar, Vadodara, Gurdaspur, Ambala, Tenga Valley and finally in Sanskriti, New Delhi, she came to fathom that education was the one field that created true citizens of the world. Having a renowned educationist as a mother also was a learning experience. Today, Deepti enjoys being part of a team that believes that holistic education is the only way towards a well balanced and equitable world.
